Ledger is a product in active development by The Propellants Company. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use websites, accounts, or Ledger features provided at ledgerapp.ai.

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your email address and display name when you register or use a supported sign-in provider.
• Subscription information — such as plan and status. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe rather than stored by The Propellants Company.
• Usage information — such as pages visited, features used, and session activity used to operate and improve the product.
• Technical information — such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, and standard server-log data.
• Preferences — such as saved teams, notifications, appearance, and other product settings you choose.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts and product features, process applicable subscriptions, send service-related messages, maintain security, diagnose errors, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service Providers

Ledger uses service providers where needed to operate:

• Stripe for applicable web payment processing.
• Microsoft Azure and Application Insights for cloud hosting, data services, operational telemetry, and error diagnosis.
• Google and Apple for optional authentication when those sign-in methods are used.
• Email delivery providers for account, support, and other service-related messages.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the applicable account or feature, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Ledger uses cookies or similar browser storage for authenticated sessions and device-local preferences, including an explicit desktop theme choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Account settings may provide direct controls for some choices. Other requests can be sent to hello@ledgerapp.ai.

8. Children’s Privacy

Ledger is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Ledger product. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as products and practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published, and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
