1. Research Tool Only

Ledger is a sports-market intelligence product in active development. Its model output, probability estimates, evidence, and other analytical content are informational and probabilistic.

Ledger does not accept or facilitate wagers. Nothing in Ledger is financial, legal, or betting advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, and past evaluation does not guarantee future results.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to access sports-wagering information where you live. By creating an account, you represent that you meet those requirements.

3. Responsible Use

Sports wagering involves risk and can result in financial loss. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, and set personal limits on time and money.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Ledger features may be offered under free, preview, or paid terms. When paid access is offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation path will be shown before purchase. Web payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Ledger, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, systematically scrape or harvest protected content, reverse-engineer proprietary systems except where law expressly permits it, or resell protected output without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Ledger software, branding, original content, and product output are owned by The Propellants Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to Ledger does not transfer ownership.

7. Content Use

Unless separate written terms say otherwise, nonpublic Ledger content is provided for individual, noncommercial use. You may not publish, sell, sublicense, automate, or redistribute protected predictions, signals, model output, analysis, dashboards, alerts, or reports.

8. Product Availability

Ledger is under active development. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that any particular feature will reach general availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledger is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analytical output will be accurate or that a particular result will follow from using it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Propellants Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Ledger or reliance on its output, including wagering losses.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Ledger and our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when updates are published. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
